Fully automatic centrifuges have been widely used in industries such as medicine, industry, agriculture, construction, and mining. The working principle of an automatic centrifuge is to use the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the separation cylinder and separation filter to separate liquids and solids in the mixture. This is an automatic centrifuge with a rotating filter. In addition, users can independently set up programs according to the completion requirements to complete the separation operation. After the host is started to a certain speed (usually medium speed), the mixed liquid material to be separated automatically enters the high-speed rotating separation cylinder of the centrifuge through the feed inlet and feed pipe. Under the action of centrifugal force field, solid-liquid separation is completed through the small holes on the sieve cylinder. When the filter cake in the drum reaches the set threshold, close the feed inlet, rinse with clean water, dehydrate at high speed, and use a scraper to separate the solids from the drum when the main engine is running at low speed. The separated solids are discharged from the hopper. According to the process requirements of separation operations and the different physical properties of materials, programmers or manual operators can make corresponding adjustments based on the time required for each process.
The use of fully automatic centrifuge:
1. Check if the machine is functioning properly before use.
2. Place the washing solution of the level gauge evenly into the inner rotating cage.
3. Start the motor to accelerate the inner cage. Depending on the type of solid, it usually takes 5-10 minutes to complete drying.
4. Press the "stop" button to turn off the motor power. After a period of natural deceleration, the dehydrator operates the brake lever to intermittently brake, causing the inner rotating cage to stop rotating.
After the machine stops, the solid can be removed.
