Recently, the 14th National Hydrometallurgical Engineering Technology Exchange Conference concluded successfully in Xiamen, Fujian. This conference brought together many experts, scholars, and corporate technical representatives from domestic nonferrous metal smelting, chemical industry, and environmental protection fields to conduct in-depth discussions on topics such as hydrometallurgical process innovation, equipment upgrading, and green manufacturing.
Director Yan, the technical director of our company, was invited to attend and delivered a special speech entitled "Application of Vertical Gypsum Centrifuge in the Nonferrous Smelting Industry" on behalf of the company. During the speech, Director Yan systematically introduced the technical characteristics of the vertical gypsum centrifuge in terms of gypsum dehydration, mother liquor recovery and system stability improvement based on multiple actual operation cases. He also shared the equipment’s practical experience in improving separation efficiency, reducing manual intervention and adapting to complex working conditions.
The content of this speech was closely related to the actual needs of non-ferrous smelting companies such as production continuity and resource recovery rate improvement, and received positive responses from the audience. Many participating professionals had in-depth exchanges with Director Yan after the meeting and exchanged opinions on specific issues such as equipment selection, process matching, operation and maintenance. Director Yan said that through discussions with industry peers, he further deepened his understanding of users’ on-site pain points and also provided valuable reference for subsequent product optimization.
