This project is focused on the three-phase separation of coal tar. Before treatment, the coal tar had a toluene-insoluble content of approximately 3.5% and an ammonia water content of about 10%. After using the Huibo decanter centrifuge for three-phase separation, the ammonia water content in the discharged tar was reduced to no more than 2.5%, while the tar content reached ≥97%. From the data above, it can be observed that our decanter centrifuge effectively removes impurities and unwanted components from coal tar, enhancing the purity and quality of the tar.
