They are particularly suitable for handling crystalline materials generated during salt production, such as sodium chloride and sodium sulfate, with a typical particle size range of 0.05–5 mm and concentrations between 30% and 80%.‌

In salt production applications, the advantages of double-stage piston pusher centrifuges include high production capacity, low moisture content in the filter cake, and minimal solid content in the mother liquor, all of which help improve the purity and yield of salt products.‌

For example, in the separation of salt-alkali sludge in the chlor-alkali industry, this equipment can replace traditional unloading methods, reducing manual intervention and enhancing automation levels.‌
