XJZ Top-Suspended Discharge Centrifuges are widely used in the sugar industry for separating materials such as first-sugar (granulated sugar), second-sugar, glucose syrup, fructose, and sugar alcohols. They are particularly suitable for fine-grained and highly viscous materials, with optimal performance achieved when the solid-liquid ratio of sugar syrup is between 40% and 60%.‌

Featuring a mechanical scraper discharge design, these centrifuges enable thorough washing of materials, thereby improving sugar purity. With a high degree of automation and support for PLC control, they enhance production efficiency.‌ In recent years, the equipment has been upgraded toward larger scale and greater automation. For instance, by increasing the drum capacity (such as the XJZ1750 model with a processing capacity of 1750 kg per cycle) and raising the rotational speed (up to 1100 rpm), production capacity has been improved by 40% to meet the demands of continuous production.‌
